Mr. Economist from the Universidad Santo Tomás, with an MBA and doctoral studies in finance from the Swiss Management Center, he was also a member of the Sub-management of Economic Studies of the Banco de la República, Economist of Banco Popular, Professional of the Guarantee Fund of Financial Institutions -Fogafín- Manager of the Trade Association of Professionals Specialized in Financial Risks, among others. He has been a professor in master's and postgraduate programs at different universities in the country for the last two decades.
