The International Monetary Fund (IMF) maintained its growth projection for Colombia at 2,7%, the same as in March. For 2019, the IMF expects Colombia to achieve growth of 3,3%. The institution recently presented its new World Economic Outlook report in Washington, and in it, it notes that Colombia is one of the countries where political uncertainty increases the risks or possibility of reorienting economic policy agendas. Other countries in this situation include Brazil, Italy, and Mexico. For Colombia, the Fund estimates inflation of 3,5% this year and 2019% for 3,4.
