GEB: First liquefied natural gas station opened in Peru

stocks and shares

The Bogotá Energy Group (GEB) inaugurated the first natural gas filling station in Peru, which would be a pioneer in the country and the only one open to the public in Latin America.

The new liquefied natural gas (LNGV) station will operate specifically in Lima, Peru, and will be managed by Cálidda (GEB's subsidiary responsible for energy distribution). The company is seeking to capture 10% of the market for tractor-trailers incorporating LNGV technology in this region (approximately 60,000 tractor-trailers).
