TES holders: Foreigners stop selling for the first time in five months

In October, debt market participants reported a total increase of COP $3.7 trillion month-over-month (m/m) (Table 2), higher than the average since 2010 (COP $2.29 trillion). This increase represents the third-lowest increase in TES positions in 2023, above September (COP $2.64 trillion) and June (COP $3.64 trillion). Furthermore, considering historical behavior in the months of October, since 2010 there has been an average increase of COP $1.7 trillion, making October one of the three highest purchase months, only behind October 3, 2020, and 2021.
