Participation in the Campaign “¡My first spin with $10.000! (August) – Online Shipping” (hereinafter, “the Campaign”), implies full knowledge and total acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:
ACTIONS AND SECURITIES SA STOCK EXCHANGE BROKER, identified with the NIT 860.071.562 – 1 (hereinafter, the “Sponsor” or “ACTIONS & SECURITIES”) wishes to grant TEN THOUSAND COLOMBIAN PESOS ($10.000) to the first five hundred (500) new users who, during the validity of the Campaign: i) The first five hundred (500) make an effective online shipment through the "Client Portal”; the foregoing in accordance with the provisions of clause 4, the Benefit described in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, “T&C”) under which the Campaign will be developed and carried out.
The Campaign is aimed exclusively at users whose identification document is: i) Citizenship Card; or ii) Foreigner's ID Card. The first five hundred (500) new users who carry out their effective Online Shipping transaction through the "Client Portal"As indicated in numeral 1, they will be able to participate and access the benefit of a Crepes & Waffles voucher equivalent to TEN THOUSAND COLOMBIAN PESOS ($10.000 COP).
Individuals who do not meet the requirements set forth in clause 4 will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign or access the Benefit and, as such, must refrain from participating.
The campaign will run from August 25, 2025 to September 24, 2025 or while supplies last.The activity mechanics will apply from August 25, 2025 to September 24, 2025, until the available vouchers are exhausted: five hundred (500) vouchers for Online Shipments.
During the campaign period, the following will be delivered:
The Benefits will be available every day during the indicated period, until sold out.r the five hundred (500) bonds.
The first five hundred (500) new users who have a Citizenship Card or Foreigner's Card type of identification and who send their International Online Remittance for the first time through the "Client Portal"
Online Shipping Users: The user will receive One (1) Crepes & Waffles digital voucher of TEN THOUSAND COLOMBIAN PESOS ($10.000 COP), which will be sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp to those who make effective transactions in the "Client Portal".
Only transactions made through the “Client Portal" from August 25, 2025 to September 24, 2025, coinciding with the entry into force of this campaign.
The benefit consists of a virtual voucher redeemable at any Crepes & Waffles location nationwide, valid for six (6) months from the date of shipment. The vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are unique and non-transferable and, once redeemed, will be automatically disabled. The voucher will be delivered within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) business days, counted from the date of registration in the "Client Portal".
Winners will be notified by SMS, Email or WhatsApp.
The Sponsor will deliver the Bonus only during the duration of this campaign or while supplies last.
The vouchers will be delivered to the first five hundred (500) people who meet the conditions established in these Terms and Conditions: Five hundred (500) for Online Shipments. Each voucher is unique, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Benefits of section 4.2 of this campaign are not cumulative with other campaigns carried out by the Sponsor.
ACTIONS & SECURITIES It will be the guarantor of the review of compliance with the T&Cs established here, and will therefore be the final authority for the authorization of the Benefit.
By participating in the contest and/or participating in these Terms and Conditions, the Participant authorizes ACTIONS & SECURITIES to make use of images or videos taken on the occasion of the Campaign, to publish them on their Social Networks, website, YouTube channel or any other channel of the Sponsor and to be used in the company's internal communications (without limitation to these), for an indefinite duration. The Participant declares, understands and accepts that for this authorization he/she will not receive any economic compensation, royalties, or payment for any reason. Likewise, he/she is obliged to sign a document to authorize the use of images or videos in accordance with this section when so requested by the Sponsor, without it being understood that without the signing of the document, authorization has not been granted by the Participant.
This Campaign shall not be deemed to be a game of chance, luck or promotional game. Participants were informed of this Campaign through the provision of the Sponsor's own services.
No family members of the operators, promoters and/or officials of ACTIONS & SECURITIES up to the third degree of consanguinity and affinity, may participate or be a Beneficiary of the Campaign. If this happens, the Benefit must be reimbursed in full by the official.
In compliance with what is permitted by Colombian regulations, ACTIONS & SECURITIES may immediately suspend the Campaign, without assuming any liability, if crimes, fraud or any irregularity due to force majeure or fortuitous event are detected. In such event, the general public will be informed of any changes that may occur.
ACTIONS & SECURITIES will not be responsible if the Winning Participant is required to pay any taxes arising from the transfer of the Benefit from this Campaign. The Winning Participant will be solely responsible for any such payments, if any.
ACTIONS & SECURITIES, reserves the right, at its sole discretion and as permitted by law, to modify the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign contained herein.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and complementary regulations, the Participant irrevocably authorizes that the personal data obtained by virtue of the Campaign be processed in one or more databases managed by ACTIONS & SECURITIES, in accordance with the Data Processing Policy of each of these entities, which will be treated according to the Sponsor's personal data protection policy. ACTIONS & SECURITIES will be responsible for its administration together with the persons in charge that it designates, and will implement the necessary security measures for the conservation and protection of the same. Likewise, the personal data of the clients will be collected for operational, commercial and marketing purposes, risk prevention and statistical purposes, for ACTIONS & SECURITIES and by any of its commercial allies, and in general, to allow compliance with the obligations of ACTIONS & SECURITIES that are required by legal or regulatory provisions.
Participants acknowledge and agree that the applicable law for any dispute arising in connection with the Campaign will be Colombian law and waive their right to initiate any type of claim in another jurisdiction.
